Patrick Henderson-Tucker

Pat graduated with a BA in Administrative Management from the University of Lincoln in 1997, gaining his first role in intellectual property (IP) in 1998. He successfully completed the CITMA and CIPA Paralegal courses in 2003 and 2006 respectively. Pat has over 25 years of experience in IP administration, bringing deep expertise across all areas of the field, with a particular specialism in trade marks. Pat’s career spans both private practice – including roles at regional and London-based law firms – and in-house IP management for a FTSE 100 pharmaceutical company. Pat’s balanced background has equipped him with extensive skills in global IP portfolio management, strategic asset protection, and client advisory services across UK and international markets.

Away from work Pat enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and son. He is an avid music fan and keen musician, gigging and recording regularly, still looking to ‘crack the top 10’.
