Chloe Parker

Chloe graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Derby in 2018 and started her career in intellectual property (IP) right away, working in the IP administration team at a patent and trade mark firm in Derby. There, Chloe gained practical experience across patents, trade marks, and design formalities, before specialising in renewals and building a solid understanding of the IP lifecycle.

In 2021, Chloe joined Serjeants as a paralegal, supporting clients with the filing and prosecution of UK and international patents. She handles legal documentation, prepares cost estimates, and helps ensure a smooth process from start to finish. In 2024, Chloe earned her Introductory Certificate in Patent Administration to further develop her skills as a patent paralegal.

Chloe often spends her weekends exploring the Peak District with her dog, Willow – a great way to unwind and recharge. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants and trying different cuisines when she can.
